Midland Park Girls Softball is offering Summer Traveling Softball this year in the following three divisions:

Peewee Division    10 or under as of August 1st

Junior Division      12 or under as of August 1st

Senior Division      15 or under as of August 1st

 

                                               

The fee is $75 for all Divisions; fees include uniforms tournaments and summer league fees.  The deadline for receiving forms is Saturday March 22, 2008.  All forms and information is available on the website:

The Summer Softball Program is a fun but competitive league that runs from the end of May until the end of July which concludes with the Championships being played at the Midland Park Junior field. 

Each team will be limited to 14 players if more then 14 players signup then a tryout will be held.

I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and transportation to and from the activities.     I /We do hereby release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Midland Park Girl’s Softball, the Organizers, the Sponsors and all the Supervisors, any or all of them, In case of injury to my/our daughter, I /We hereby waive all claims against the Organizers, Sponsors and any Supervisors appointed by them.  I/We likewise release from responsibility any person transporting my/our daughter to or from the activities.
